Lookbook Store One black lace-up bodysuit three styles
By now you all know that the lace-up is one of the hottest trends for this season. Come on, show of hands, who didn’t know that? Really? Still a few of you? OK, time to catch up! It’s almost finals week! Luckily I’ve got you covered, you can read my previous post 2016 SPRING TREND REPORT LACE-UP EVERYTHING for more details.
I haven’t worn a bodysuit till recently. I have always just felt like they are too much trouble when “nature calls”. 😉 But a few weeks ago I got this Black Lace-Up Knit Bodysuit from the Lookbook Store and I was instantly addicted to this single piece. I have worn it pretty much non-stop since then.
Why I love it so much? Here are a few reasons:
1. The deep V neckline cut helps give the illusion of adding more height to…uh…well…my height.
2. Lace-up doesn’t just add some cool flavor to the mix, but it also actually creates more coverage. It is sexy, but it is a very subtle sexiness.
3. Black is always the most slimming color when I am looking for something to make my top not that busty.
4. The bodysuit is not bulky at your waist at all. For a petite women, this is very important.
5. It can go with everything to create whatever style that I desire.
And the best part? It is only $17. 😉
Below are 3 styles that I have recently worn.
First, The ultimate cool girl look. You can read more in this post here. This look is bad to the bone but still holds tight to the classy line. It will be a good choice when you hit the night club, go on a date night or see a concert.
Second, elegance with a subtle sexiness. You can read more here. I love classy yet sexy at the same time. I know I am greedy but really, who doesn’t want to have it all? 😉 The blush skirt and the tweed jacket do the classy job and this bodysuit adds just the right amount of spiciness. You can wear it to see a show or go to a nice restaurant.
Third, the casual chic weekend look. I paired this bodysuit with my wide-leg cropped pants. You can read more about the wide-leg cropped pants trend. I wore this to meet a friend, do a bit of shopping and then had dinner with my dear husband. It is casual and comfortable enough for weekend activities but also has the polished vibe to go out to a nice place to eat.
I have to say I am obsessed with this Black Lace-Up Knit Bodysuit now. It is so versatile and flattering. And it is only $17. You just can’t beat this price. And honestly the quality is very good. That is why I even wore it to some fashion events. I wish I found this one a long time ago. 😉
If you think $17 is too low for you, below are more bodysuits that are under $100 for your shopping pleasure. 😉
I finally started to use Snapchat and my user name is colorandgrace. Hopefully see you there! 😉 Also please click around the links and ads so I can make a few cents to keep this blog running. Thank you so much for your great support! 🙂
