Life After Loss Taking a Mental Health Day
This week has been the most tiring and overwhelming time for me. I worked many more hours on my blog than usual because there are a few big projects that I need to finish before their deadlines. With every night sleeping less than 6 hours, I am barely functioning. There are some issues at work as well which needed me to put more time and effort toward them to solve. Then got not so great news from my family about my mom’s health.
Yes, I am completely drained, physically and mentally. I don’t have the ability to give or love at this moment. So I am taking a mental break from my blog for today in order to recharge.
Recently I have been really into making short videos for Instagram. You can see a few I have made recently. Please give me any feedback that you have to help make me better at making videos. Thank you so much!
