Bell bottom pants, or some people call them as flare pants, have been one of the hottest trends for this season. There is no doubt that this dramatic style is the best way to make a statement, but the same time, it is a difficult style to pull it off for petite women since they may make us look shorter sometimes.
Here are a few tricks that I used.
1. Pick High Waisted Bell Bottom Pants
High waisted pants will create an illusion of taller and leaner look.
2. Pick Cropped Bell Bottom Pants
Showing some skin at the bottom can create an illusion of taller and leaner look as well.
3. Pick Well Fit top To Go With Them
When the bottom is so dramatic, I like to keep the top simple with a clean and fitted cut. Just let the pants shine on themselves. There is no need to add more focus points and compete with these pants. That will be too busy and trying too hard.
4. Wear A Pair of Heels
You may say, duh, we all know this one. But what I want to say is the kitten heels. I will not want to buy a pair of pants that only can wear with super high heels. That is just not my lifestyle anymore. I like to be comfortable and also look great.
Are you going to try this trend? 😉

I am quite little and have always avoided wearing bell bottoms, as I thought I’d look ridiculous! Turns out I was wrong, you look amazing and I can’t wait to give them a go, thank you for the inspiration!
