This post is sponsored by NEOSTRATA, but all the opinions are my own.
When the season changes, I always like to change up my skincare products. One of the perks of being an influencer is having the chance to test out a lot of products. After trying my fair share of skincare brands within the last few years, I like to call myself the anti-aging junkie. When NEOSTRATA reached out to me for collaboration, their anti-aging benefits immediately caught my eye, but I had never heard of the brand and I had never seen them in any stores! So, I did some research and asked around.
I was surprised to find out that I am quite lucky to discover this brand. Wondering why? Well, have you ever thought about which anti-aging products dermatologists actually use themselves? I had never thought of this until recently when I talked to my dermatologist. It turns out she has been using NEOSTRATA products for almost 15 years! The nurse told me that my dermatologist is almost 60 years old, but she looks like she’s barely in her early 40s. I was totally sold!! They also told me that NEOSTRATA products only can be found in physician offices and in spas and salons, but not in retail stores. Huh, that’s why I had never heard of the brand.
NEOSTRATA is a dermatologist-developed and professionally distributed skincare brand. I like what the brand believes: visible results come from renewing layers of the skin. I totally agree with this! Their approach is two-fold: skin resurfacing through exfoliation and rejuvenation, for optimal skin care performance. That is what I have always believed to be the right way to help prevent aging! Without exfoliation, the deeper skin layers can’t get any serum or cream exposure. All the expensive serums and creams only stay on the surface of the skin. What a waste!
I am not a scientist, so don’t ask me what Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) means. I only know it’s an ingredient that has become an industry standard and was actually discovered by the founder of NEOSTRATA! I like that all the products are formulated to work interchangeably to curate a personalized regimen based on your skin’s needs.
I have sensitive skin, so for anti-aging purposes, I chose different products from the SKIN ACTIVE line and Restore line, and brought two along with me on my recent trip to Greece! The Daytime Protection Cream SPF 23 really helped protect my skin from the Mediterranean sun!
Because the products are very powerful, I was told I should go easy I eased them into my regimen, only using one product for a few days then adding in another one. This way, my sensitive skin had some time to adapt to the new products. Now, I am slowly adding them in, and after just a few days I can already tell you that I really love the SKIN ACTIVE Triple Firming Neck Cream. You’ll have to come back later to read more details about my experience with each of them. Stay tuned for some before and after photos, I can’t wait to show you the results!

Wow, sounds like a wonderful line of skin care products! I have also never heard of this brand but makes sense if it’s only available in physicians offices. Looking forward to hearing about your experience with Neostrata and how it was for your sensitive skin.

Sounds interesting. I like to hear of different products but know that much of it is marketing. When I heard it is sold in dermatologists offices and hear more of the science, that it was makes my ears perk up. I look forward to your experience with them!
