This past Tuesday, I was invited by Fuji film to see TAYLOR SWIFT ‘s Reputation Stadium Tour Concert at Ford Field in downtown Detroit.
I know some of her songs but not a super fan of her. But it changed after this concert. Lol! Anyway, I always like to have some fun, so I dressed up like her. Can you tell what year it was from? Will tell you at end of this post. Lol.
I received this super cute FUJIFILM Instax SQ6 Instant camera. I had so much fun taking photos with it. They had fun booths set up at the stadium to get your own pics taken too! Of course, I did as well! 😉
There was a super long line for the photos with Taylor’s Throne.
So I went to the other site and finally got my photos taken. Lol.
Now, let’s talk about the concert!
I have to agree with a lot of others, it was the best of Swift’s career thus far and the best tour of 2018.
Though after seeing her perform for the first time (finally), I don’t know if “concert” is the right word to describe what Taylor does on stage. She puts on a truly spectacular. By now, you may have seen pictures from her stadium tour setup: the flames, the outfit changes, the larger-than-life snakes (plural), the flying mechanisms that take her around the entire stadium, the literally tilted stage that she references in Look What You Made Me Do. But pictures and videos hardly do it justice.
From the moment Taylor stepped on stage, she sang, danced, and played her heart out. And, honestly? I think she had even MORE fun as a result. So did the crowd.
I was struck by just how grateful Taylor was for not just the crowd, but for everybody in the arena. Throughout the concert, she took the time to introduce us to her band, her backup singers, and her dancers. She thanked everybody behind the scenes for helping her put on the show
It was so cool that she walked — yes, walked as if it was the most casual thing ever — through the crowd to reach yet another stage on the other side of the stadium. The moment symbolized a lot about Taylor’s love for her fans: She wanted to see, meet, and interact with as many people as possible. Now I truly believe that she genuinely cares about her Swifties. Walking through the crowd was yet another way to give her fans what she could of herself. That is why now she got me as a huge fan as well! Now I can finally understand why there are so many people are so obsessed with her. Look at those royal fans!
Taylor Swift is a definitely a dynamite entertainer. She really knows how to put on a breathtaking show!
Ok, here is the answer about my outfit. It is from her 2012. Anyway, what is your best concert so far? Share with us! By the way, I am also loving those so vintage vibe photos taken by my new Instax SQ6 camera.
